Sydney was a great coach for me! I sought her help because I was struggling with not sleeping well, foggy brain, high cholesterol, weight gain, thyroid issues, and it was all not good for my mental health. Through the time I worked with Sydney, I saw very positive changes. I began sleeping better and waking more refreshed. I could think more clearly throughout the day and didn’t have that 3pm slump at work anymore. I lost weight. I was also able to reduce my cholesterol by 30 points and reduce my anti-depressant medications in that short time frame.
Changes happened that carried over into my family. We made lasting changes in our diets that included more nutrient dense foods. My youngest son, who has struggled with his weight, has also lost some weight.
Sydney was non-judgmental, a great resource when I had questions, and encouraged me the whole way. I would and have recommended her as a nutritional therapy coach to others. This program helped us slowly make changes as a family that have positively impacted our health and well-being.
